The ideal candidate will adopt a consultative sales approach, leveraging their expertise to identify, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Generate business from both new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build strong rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in quota-carrying sales experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Details:
- Shift: 5 days a week
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (UK Shift)
- Salary: Market Competitive + commissions
